Transaction/payment processing charges are separate from the institutional fee and shall not be refundable or reversible by the College in case of refund, reversal, cancellation, chargeback or for any other reason, to the extent permitted by applicable law and the terms of the payment gateway.
Fees paid to the College shall be governed by the applicable admission, academic and institutional rules.
Fees specifically identified as non-refundable shall not be refunded after successful payment, except where a refund is required under applicable law or specifically approved by the College under its applicable rules.
Users are advised to carefully verify the fee amount, applicable charges and relevant terms before completing payment.
If the payment amount has been debited from the customer’s bank account but the College has not received confirmation of the transaction, the transaction may remain pending until confirmation is received from the concerned bank/payment gateway.
The customer should not make repeated payments without first checking the transaction status.
Any duplicate payment, if established and eligible for refund under the College’s applicable rules, shall be processed according to the applicable refund procedure.
Before initiating a chargeback, the customer should contact the College through the official contact details provided on this website.
Any transaction/payment processing charges associated with a transaction shall not be refundable/reversible in connection with a refund, reversal or chargeback, to the extent permitted by applicable law and payment-gateway rules.
