This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to payments made through the official website of SRN College.

1. General Policy

Before making any online payment, users are advised to carefully review the applicable fee, payment amount, cancellation terms and refund conditions.

Once a payment has been successfully completed, cancellation and refund will be governed by the applicable rules of the College and the nature of the fee paid.

2. Non-Refundable Fees

Fees and charges specifically identified by the College as non-refundable shall not be refunded after successful payment, except where required under applicable law or specifically approved by the College.

This may include, where applicable:

• Application fees

• Registration fees

• Admission-related charges

• Examination fees

• Processing charges

• Other institutional charges specifically identified as non-refundable

3. Transaction/Payment Processing Charges

Any transaction fee, convenience fee, gateway fee, processing fee or similar payment-related charge charged during an online transaction is separate from the institutional fee.

Such transaction/payment processing charges shall not be refunded or reversed in connection with any refund, cancellation, reversal or chargeback, to the extent permitted by applicable law and payment-gateway rules.

Where applicable, such charges shall be borne by the cardholder/customer.

4. Refund Eligibility

Where a refund is approved by the College, the eligible amount will be determined according to the applicable College rules.

Approved refunds will normally be processed through the original payment method used for the transaction, subject to the procedures and timelines of the concerned bank/payment gateway.

5. Duplicate Payments

If a duplicate payment is made due to a technical or user error, the customer should contact the College with the relevant transaction details.

After verification, an eligible duplicate payment may be processed according to the College’s applicable refund rules.

6. Failed Transactions

If money is debited from the customer’s account but the transaction is shown as failed or unsuccessful on the College website, the customer should first verify the transaction status.

If the College does not receive the payment, the amount may be automatically reversed by the bank/payment gateway according to their applicable settlement and reversal process.

7. Chargeback

Customers are requested to contact the College before raising a chargeback for any transaction.

Any chargeback shall be subject to the rules of the concerned bank, card network and payment gateway.

Transaction/payment processing charges shall not be refundable or reversible in connection with a chargeback, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
